Cachi is a modern, travel company who was looking to challenge the way people experience Peru and look at what a travel brand could be. We worked closely with the Cachi team when they were coming up with their company and the brand they wanted to present. This was a great experience working with passionate people to build something from the ground up and work through the process of moving them from ideation, to refinement and finally implementation and execution.

As a travel company, the Cachi team knew they wanted to help their customer explore Peru in a new and modern way.  However, the team needed help turning their passion for adventure into a fully realized brand.  We asked them to talk out their vision for the company: what it meant to them, what their goals were, and why they wanted to turn a Peruvian mountain trail into a dream destination.  As they took us through their intentions, we were able to flesh out their hopes and goals into a wholly actualized brand.  From web design to marketing, we brought clarity, scope, and a foundation on which Cachi can continue to build.

When we began building Cachi’s brand, we knew we had to take a good look at Peruvian culture and what drives tourism there, specifically the historical aspect of Machu Picchu and the Inca Trail.  We paired this cultural aspect with targeted research on who was traveling to Peru and used this data to take the brand from idea to actuality. Once we understood the culture and had solidified the consumer we were to be targeting, we could then move onto design.  We went through a series of logo concepts and color options before landing on what is now the main Cachi logo and branding, including website, social media, and marketing materials. By combining our research and experience with their vision, we were able to refine rough ideas and mold Cachi’s brand into what it is today.
